This is the second sitting for this portrait. Please make note of the following changes from last week. The sofa and pillows have been blocked in darker value colors and richer passages of paint. The background still remains unresolved but I intend to indicate the light coming from the right to left side. I have also developed the hands and jacket further leaving the painting in a balanced state with all of the areas completed to similar stages.
